Completing the questionnaire

This questionnaire will take approximately 10 minutes to complete

Mobile Devices

You can use any device with a browser to complete the application, however we recommend using a normal computer/browser to undertake the quiz.

Taking the test

Once you have filled out the test, you can’t log back in to correct your answers. You will not be able to use the browser’s back button to update any questions.

Updating your application

You can update your personal details PRIOR to taking the test at any given time.

Please follow the links on your registration email to re-access your application, or use the sign in links on the landing page.

Once you have undertaken the test, you will no longer be able to access your application.

If you have already taken the test, please contact the site administrator or casting team to update your application.

Page Errors

If you receive a "422 Error" it means that you have an expired application page open in another browser tab. Restart your browser, or close the tab, then log back in and complete your application. And remember to save your answers regularly.

DO NOT USE EMOTICONS/EMOJIS IN YOUR ANSWERS! (you will not be able to submit your answers until they're removed).

Forgot your password?

No problems - just click the 'forgot password' link on the sign in page. If you don't immediately receive an email, check your spam/junk folder for an email from noreply@hello.castasugar.com.

What photos do I need?

You will need to provide a recent head shot for your application.
